SAME HY380 High Pressure Water Cutting System

Working Table cutting size 3000mm x 1500mm.
KMT High Pressure Pump intensifier/max cutting pressure of 380Mpa (55000 psi) dual pressure and controlled by computer.
Servo driven with lead screws.
Air Cooling System installed in pump, so no need for water chiller.
Separate Stainless Steel 140 litre sand feeder/garnet hopper.
Power Supply 415 volt 3-phase electric.
Control Unit with Air Conditioner on console.
PLC driven operating system with Nesting software and remote pendant.

Foot print of machine - 3.5m x 6m

Power usuage - 3 phase supply Currently running through a 63 amp breaker.

Machine currently used to cut from .9mm (1mm) at top speed of 1m per minute

up to 30mm per minute (Steel) or 97mm per minute (Aluminium)
