Four Post Hydraulic Press with side ram and Tangye Hydraulic Unit
Main ram produces 450 tonnes on 14.75" diameter.
The control system has full manual controls for the ram up/down side ram in/out to give maximum flexibility for setting purposes.
The automatic control gives 2 options, side clamping ram and main ram or main ram only.
Once interlocked guards are closed an automatic sequence will release safety chocks, side clamp ram in fast, main ram down fast, main ram slow to squeexe product, dwell for pre-set time (adjustable), decompress, main ram retracts slow then fast to up position, safety chocks engage, side ram retracts to release mould. Release guard lock.
