New leadscrews and nuts to vertical and horizontal slides
New turcite, machined, oil grooved and scraped fitted to both vertical and horizontal slides
New turcited jib strips and keep plates
New axis clamps fitted, comprising brass locking pads and seals to both Y and Z axis
Feed gearbox stripped serviced new bearings, oil seals
New Bearings and chain for vertical counterbalance unit
Refurbished Drive Shaft, new drive pulley, Fenner wedge belts and drive bearings
New bearings fitted to double nut bracket
