Booth Unit Dimensions:
4m Wide x 2.5m High x 10m Long
With partition forming a plant room area to house the blasting and recovery equipmet.Double doors fitted at one end, fitted with safety interlocks.
Rubber curtins protect the walls from the abrasive ricochet.
Lighting.

Air intet Ducts and Extraction Points:
Air will enter the room through point at the front of the room and be extracted at the rear of the room.

Rubber linings:
The Walls and doors of the booth are fully lined with 3mm thick commercial quality shotblast rubber curtins.

Booth Ventilation System:
The dust extraction system comprises of a dry bag collector located adjacent to the booth.

Dust Collection:
The dust is collection via a dry filter unit.
And is deposited in a quick release bin
An attenuator totally encloses the fan motor and discharge.

Unit rated at 4000 cfm

Electrical requirements: 11kW/415v/3ph/50Hz

Blast Machine & Operator Equipment:
The 2040 SGV blast cleaning machine is a high production single chamber 45 degree cone direct pressure unit. The unit is mounted on wheels and is joined directly to the outlet of the storage hopper, forming a totally enclosed feed system into the dish of the blast machine. The blast machine also incorporates:-

a) A RMS 100 remote control system, including 10m of recova air control lines and deadman handle which enables the operator to turn the blast machine on and off from the nozzle. The deadman handle is spring loaded to act as a fail-safe control stopping the blast cycle should the nozzle be dropped etc.
