Top & bottom platen temperature controls - adjust using the central up & down arrows

Pressure Dwell - Cycle speed (timer) adjust this by turning the dial

Air pressure indicator - This should be 5bar/70psi

Hydraulic tons - this is an indication as the tonage the press is set to (10 tons) & is adjusted using the pressure adjust valve

Pressure adjust - This is used to adjust the pressure of the press (set to 10 ton). Clockwise to increase the pressure.

Pressing speed control - This is used to set the speed of the compression cycle (set to fast)

Tool set - This is used to close the press in free fall - *this must be closed before operating the press

Main control cabinet - Located at the rear of the press

Cycle start

Please Note - The electrical supply is 63amp, 3 phases & neutral, if the press has no function the phases will need to be changed as the pump will be running in reverse.

Export Information

Please note: If you are successful in purchasing an item and wish to export it from the UK, a charge of £75.00 will be automatically added to your invoice to cover preparation of the goods and completion of the required UK export customs declarations. This process has been a mandatory UK export requirement since 1 January 2021.

All invoices are issued on an Incoterms FCA basis.

Exports outside the EU may require an export licence. Where applicable, a further charge of £250.00 will be automatically added to your invoice. Please also note that, while an export licence is being processed, the purchaser is responsible for placing into storage until the licence is issued.
