HME GP 75 Power Press with Udal Interlock Protection Devices.
An examination of the machine was undertaken on 17th May 2013 and the following was identified:
The clutch mechanism is in working order.
The clutch operating controls are in working order.
The brake is satisfactory.
The flywheel bearing is worn but serviceable.
The crankshaft is bent.
The interlocking guards have a worn taper pin in the LH quadrant and RH guard gate roller and the fixed fencing is worn.
