This machine is capable of maintaining closest tolerances and of producing a high quality surface finish on the flanks ground whilst achieving extremely economical production times.
By employing a universally adjustable profile dresser it is possible to grind all standardised flank profiles (ZA, ZN, ZK, ZE) without the aid of a template.
A fully enclosed work area permits intensive wet grinding and therefore heavy duty grinding operation. The work spindle and wheel spindle speeds are variably controlled.
