TAKISAWA's TPS-3300HII delivers a complete solution for piston pin-hole machining. It integrates dedicated interactive programming software (TPPF3) for simplified 3D program creation and combines CNC lathe functions with an ultra-high-speed rotating tool spindle to perform precise internal 3-dimensional machining and high-speed finishing. The machine's spiral scraping method and high-precision ceramic mechanism achieve mirror-like surface finishes and tight dimensional tolerances suitable for standard and high-performance applications.
