Single-stage front loading spray washer made from stainless steel with rotating spry system complete with spray nozzles, pneumatically operated lifting door, thermal and acoustic insulation with stainless steel cover plates together with:

The liquid tank is located below the wash chamber complete with:
* Low liquid level alarm, with pump protection
* 2400 Lt tank capacity

CF-340 closed loop (Bypass) Filter system complete with:
* Stainless steel recirculation pump with timer
* Stainless steel filter housing holding 3 filter cartridges
* 3 off 50um filter cartridges
* Pressure gauge for visual inspection of “filter status”
Double button operating at end of cycle
Automatic door opening at end of cycle
Door safety pressure strip
Motorised upper spray system
Coarse filtration on liquid return to tank
